L’espulsione ministeriale. Un’analisi giuridica.

Abstract

This contribution frames the institution of ministerial expulsion for reasons of terrorism within the more general phenomenon of the strengthening of police law as a sector of the system aimed at preventing attacks on public order and security in the country. In spite of some doctrinal criticisms, it is believed that the expulsion measure represents a valuable precautionary instrument deputed to protect fundamental interests of the State, which, despite its exceptionality, remains compatible with the constitutional principles of the rule of law
