Abstract

After a summary of the path that has led the European Union to the current legislation on artificial intelligence, this contribution, after some notes on the general features of the supranational legislation, focuses on the measures to support innovation with particular reference to the spaces for regulatory experimentation, while still taking into account the national provisions
