La responsabilidad administrativa de los funcionarios públicos en el modelo de administración y gestión pública para resultados 
Abstract
This article highlights the contradictions between the need for administrative efficiency and the complications arising from excessive regulation and the complexity of the public administration profession in today’s “results-oriented society”. The judgment analyzed lays the theoretical foundation for an evolution of the concept of administrative discretion and for a proposed reform of the model of administrative and disciplinary liability. The article, in its second part, delineates, even if by brief notes, a comparison with the administrative and disciplinary responsibility of public officials in Latin America and the results-oriented administration model, focusing specifically on the administrative responsibility in public service according to constitutional rights in Ecuador, in Chile and on the principles of the double function of the public officer in Peru. The conclusions focus on the results-oriented public management as the key for sustainable development
