As is known, the golden share represents a legal institution through which the Government has the possibility of holding a share package in companies subjected to privatization through a series of special powers. Maintaining a golden share therefore allows you to have full right to intervene in company decisions, with the aim of counteracting the entry of certain foreign capital into strategic companies in the country's politics.
