Abstract

Having made a quick overlook, as regards the jurisprudential contribution on the subject of procedures that can be carried out on-de recover credits accrued in relation to the professional services of lawyers, the attention was focused on the problem relating to the territorially competent court when the "title" is underlying services rendered in areas other than civil court: in particular, in the case of legal aid rendered in administrative litigation. At this point, having taken into account the specific contribution of jurisprudence, a critical analysis has been made, advancing alternative solutions.
