The essay explores the role of education in enabling civil servants to embody the administrative model set out in the Constitution. It highlights the efforts of university departments of political science in reforming their curricula in order to address the most pressing challenges, namely the need for interdisciplinary preparation to meet the challenges of the digital transition, and the need to upskill and reskill civil servants
