Considerazioni sull'assicurazione del rischio ambientale

Abstract

This paper examines the issue of insurance against environmental risks. The challenge of repairing environmental damage, as highlighted by the European Court of Auditors, highlights the need for new solutions. Compulsory insurance for potentially polluting companies can be a solution as it helps prevent insolvency and increases prevention standards. Furthermore, it finds a legal basis in Articles 9 and 41 of the Constitution.
