Abstract

The paper examines the subject of integration and correction of the contract by the Independent Authorities’ powers. Particularly, the independent regulation is seen from the point of view of its function on the bargaining in general: rebalance the relationship between the contractors, in favour of the weaker party. The significant market regulation’ power, is thus read back in axiological terms, as a «conformation in a protective key»
