Le origini del diritto amministrativo nelle autonomie politiche medievali

Abstract

This research considers advisable to revise the paradigm on the origins of administrative law, to be placed not in post-revolutionary France but in the context of the legal systems and legal culture of the self-governing cities in central and northern Italy between 13th and 14th centuries, where administrative acts and the role of the officials responsible have been developed in legal and institutional practices and by legal thought.
