Formare per trasformare: l’impatto trasformativo della formazione sulla prevenzione della corruzione. Prime riflessioni

Abstract

In this article the research purpose, methodology and first partial results of a survey carried out by SNA – Scuola Nazionale dell’Amministrazione (National School of Administration)are presented. The project “Training for change. Open administration and innovativetraining models for the efficient implementation of whistleblowing as a tool of co-participation to processes identification, prevention and treatment of maladministration”aims at highlighting the role of SNA training programmes on the perception of whistleblowing in Italy, considering that so far it is not yet fully rooted in the Italian cultural and legal experience. Preliminary findings and some considerations about the effectiveness of the survey tools used are pointed out
