Abstract

This work proposes a comparative analysis of the theme of disapplication of the content of administrative acts as an alternative technique to that of annulment and possibly to the declaration of nullity.
The need to carry out a study of this type arises from the need to understand if and how some phenomena, powers and practices that can be traced in the Italian legal system find their correspondence elsewhere; as well as from the need to understand whether from the analysis of foreign experiences it is possible, even only indirectly, to draw useful elements to favor understanding or to untie some knots of the domestic picture
