Abstract

After having followed the evolution of the legislation on the digital ombudsman, this contribution, having briefly clarified the scope and procedure, examines the calls actually adopted by the aforementioned guarantee figure starting from its centralization at the agency for the 'digital italy (infra agid), with particular reference to the provisions of the legislative decree 7 March 2005, n. 82, bearing the digital administration code (infra cad); the purpose of the study, through the analysis of the application practice, is to identify any weaknesses in the regulatory framework, while evaluating possible solutions also in light of the recent reform that ultimately involved the analysis of the calls adopted by the general manager of the agid.
