La rilevanza dell’interesse pubblico nel giudizio elettorale

Abstract

This paper focuses on the essential lines of the litigation on elections by examining the main problematic profiles deriving from the need to bring together the different and non-converging needs of public interest and the effectiveness of judicial protection.
The ultimate aim of the research is to demonstrate that the profiles of accentuated specialty of electoral judgment are placed to protect not only, and not so much, the subjective legal situation deduced in court, but also, and above all, the multiple needs of public interest underlying such judgment
