Abstract

This study aims to offer a contribution to the never exhausted debate on the services conference, in the light of Law 8/7/2015, n. 124, cd. 'Madia law', and the implementing legislative decrees (specifically Legislative Decree 30/6/2016, n. 127).

The institute, while undoubtedly also functional to participation, should be read formally in the perspective of the other coordinated of the law codifying the administrative procedure (Law 8/7/1990, no. 241), simplification. It is in the prevailing framework of the latter, therefore, that it must be interpreted in hermeneutics
