Abstract

The main aim of this paper is to analyse the legal regime of provisional measures provided for by the Spanish legislator within the framework of the administrative sanctioning procedure. For this purpose, we will take as a point of reference the regulation of provisional measures contained in the law on common administrative procedure and we will make the appropriate clarifications derived from the increase in guarantees that must be produced when an administered is faced with a punitive procedure
