Abstract

The contribution comments on the ruling of the Constitutional Court regarding the question of constitutional legitimacy of art. 24, paragraph 6, of the law of 30 December 2010, n. 240, with reference to articles 3 and 97 of the Constitution. Specifically, the contribution analyzes whether a researcher confirmed indefinitely in possession of a first-class national scientific qualification, should not be subjected to the evaluation for the role call as associate professor.
