Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze the problem of the ex officio review of administrative acts of social security and its different regulation of the common regulations of the ex officio review contained in Law 39/2015, of October 1, administrative procedure common, as well as pointing out the problems that this topic raises in its current regulation.

For its analysis, it is necessary to start from the expo of the ex officio review as it is regulated in Law 39/2015, and then analyze the singular regulation of this topic for the specific administrative acts of social security.
