Inconferibilità e incompatibilità degli incarichi nelle Pubbliche Amministrazioni

Abstract

The work deals with the new figures in the anti-corruption law, no. 190 of 2012, on access to civil service. In particular, Italian law aimed at strengthening certain aspects related to impartiality of those who should be appointed to civil service, by placing a series of prohibitions or limits of a temporal nature (so-called cooling off periods) in the sense that appointments cannot take place before a certain period of time from the previous appointment. All this so that the Italian administration or the companies in which it has a stake, not only are, but also appear impartial to the citizen.
