Las transformaciones y la evolución del Derecho Administrativo

Abstract

The present work has as a central line to highlight the role and the forms of action of the Public Administrations of our days. The aim is to indicate the line of transformation of public presence in social activity and, therefore, how the transformation of said action or presence has taken place from the general schemes that Administrative Law has explained at other moments in history. The result is a complex amalgamation of new techniques and forms that, certainly, are not completely defined and, in many cases, are yet to be built.
